Covid 19 Current Office Policies

By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and you should be familiar with the fact that infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. As we navigate life with additional requirements and modify existing measures due to the coronavirus, please help us to support all our clients and employees by cooperating with some new requirements.

We are utilizing information from the Practice Guidelines recommended by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), along with infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Some of the key changes for our procedures will be a thorough screening process to reduce the exposure of our clients, employees, and facility to the coronavirus. The screening process will be given when an appointment is requested and again at the time of the appointment in addition to a temperature check. At the request of some therapist you will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of your service. We request that if there are any changes with your health or exposure, please cancel your appointment and plan to reschedule after the 14-day quarantine process has been completed. Ultimately, if you are not feeling well please call to cancel your appointment and know that a penalty will not be enforced.

Furthermore, we will be utilizing more online features to reduce phone and building traffic. Going forward we strongly recommend that you would email us at or use our online appointment request tool at You can also request an appointment from our homepage at Appointments requested through this process will be given first priority. I have supplied a minimal menu for these requests; however, unfortunately, we are unable to provide all the services that are currently on our menu. We will only be able to schedule the following types of appointments: Massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing services. Any requests for services that are not available will be kept on file and addressed once we are able to offer the services again.

With the additional steps that we need to take to ensure public and employee safety these will be the easiest ways to schedule an appointment going forward in this new season. Furthermore, if you would like to purchase a gift certificate we request an e-mail request or you may order directly online at

Also, we have set up all our client intake forms to be completed online. You can receive the forms via text or e-mail, and they should be completed before your appointment. You may see further changes when it is time for your next appointment because we have updated our protocols to help protect our clients and employees.

Finally, our staff take this pandemic and your safety seriously, because of our respect for our clients we implemented health requirements for our staff. If they are unable to meet those requirements, they will not be unavailable to perform services. With this in mind, we may have to contact you on the day of your appointment to advise that your service will not be able to be performed due to the chance of exposure. if you are not feeling well please call to cancel your appointment without a penalty.
